bridget explains how this could affect riders. >> reporter: it is a mode of transportation and the z scooters and e bikes are getting people in sacramento from point a to point b.>> they are great. they get you where you want, fast.>> these electronic devices are a welcomed addition to the city helping cut down on carbon emissions and traffic congestion. >> we see these bikes all the time. i use them all the time downtown which is much easier and cheaper than finding a parking space. they need more regulations. the city council will be voting on a new ordinance that will charge $4500 in fees to bike share companies like uber.

wednesday but the raiders have really been very active. antonio brown was rumored to be heading to several different teams but it was the raiders who finalized a three-year deal in exchange for a number three and number five draft pick in the coming draft. there is word they dealt away. he was a fifth-round pick from the new york jets. the raiders had to give up a sixth round pick which basically makes the salary done. >> the warriors have the lost six of the past four games.

we need a break we're going to get a break, the system tomorrow won't amount to a hill of beans . a probably produce a lot of light rain. it was pouring in lower leg. a full clearlake. local streams flooded around the lake you can see on lakeshore boulevard in lakeport . everything is full so we need a break and if it's not full they are releasing big time. they're trying to keep that level down. we do have clear skies as that system drive southward it will tap into moisture and give southern california some rain. and also into arizona. if you're going there it might start off all right but it's a pretty good system moving in late tonight and into tuesday with low below average temperatures about 10 degrees cooler. clear skies, not
